Baked Curd
This is another one of my favourites I picked up in Sri Lanka and is super easy to make!
It's one of the easiest desserts you're gonna find on the internet. It only takes two ingredients.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Greek yogurt
• 500 ml condensed milk
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Whisk the Greek yogurt and condensed milk together.
- Bake in a water bath for 20 mins.
- Cool in the refrigerator and serve with toppings of your choice!
Notes:
‣ Serve it cold as it can taste like flan when it's warm...and we don't want that!
‣ The water bath helps it to bake evenly and prevent cracks.
‣ Don't over bake it. Same criteria applies as in a cheesecake - look for a jiggly top to ensure that it's baked to perfection!
THAT'S IT! IT'S THAT SIMPLE!
This is the classic recipe but you can add your own variations to it. No hard or fast rules apply!
Just to give you a few ideas for toppings:
‣ Treacle (it's the original which is used in Sri Lanka)
‣ Honey
‣ Maple syrup (what I've used)
‣ Caramel
‣ Toasted nuts
This recipe is very underrated but it's one of the best desserts you can whip up in under 30 mins!
